However, if you're ever dissatisfied with a purchase, please contact me within 7 days after receipt of your delivery at email@example.com & follow the Return Policy outlined below. Please note that HED is unable to accept a returned order from anyone other than the original purchaser.
> Return Requests are accepted via email only up to 7 days after receipt of your delivery. No return requests will be honored after midnight (Eastern Time) on the 7th day.
> Merchandise must be returned, using a tracking number, within 14 days of receipt of your delivery, unaltered, and in the original HED packaging to the following address:

> Reimbursement will occur upon receipt of returned items, in exchange of cash or a Store Credit. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
> Sale items & customized orders CANNOT be returned.
> Cancellation requests will be honored ONLY if the order has not yet been shipped.
> Exchange requests will NOT be honored.
